By creating an account or using FitOrion, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

FitOrion provides a platform for fitness professionals to manage clients, schedule sessions, create workout programs, and process payments. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use FitOrion, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Free Trial

We may offer free trials. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for new subscribers. Refund requests after this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to hack the platform
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Resell or redistribute the service without permission
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

6. Intellectual Property

FitOrion and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without permission.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to FitOrion (workout programs, client data, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide our services.

8. Privacy

Your use of FitOrion is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

FitOrion is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitOrion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FitOrion and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms
